Fairfield
Bay is a resort community that has just what you need
for an exciting vacation or retirement living. It
is located on the shores of Greers Ferry Lake with
beautiful mountain and lakeshore scenery. There

The climate is mild with four beautiful
seasons. Fairfield Bay is 75 miles north of Little
Rock, Arkansas' capitol city, and two hours south of
Branson, Missouri, the nation's musical entertainment
center. Memphis, Tennessee is about three hours
away.
Fairfield Bay sits on the north shore
of beautiful Greers Ferry Lake, a 40,000 acre clean
mountain lake where fishing, boating, sailing and swimming activities
abound. The Fairifield Bay Marina is the center
for water recreation.
There are two championship golf
courses located in Fairfield Bay. They are Indian
Hills Country Club and Mountain Ranch, ranked by
Golf Digest as the top public golf course in
the state.
Fairfield
Bay has its own Recreation
Department which oversees many sports and activities. There
is also a state of the art Fitness Center, The Hart
Center which is a 23,000 square foot facility.
Emergency Services are a priority. The
Fairfield Bay Department of Public Safety is here for
residents and visitors. There is a 24 hour 911
dispatch service, a full-time police department, certified
fire department with three stations and an emergency
rescue squad with two fully equipped ambulances. There
is also a general medical clinic, chiropractic, holistic,
dental, hearing, eye care and massage therapy professionals
in Fairfield Bay. |
